The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified firms specializing in arranging group tours for senior adults for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County), Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS). The County intends to award to a pool of providers to allow a wide variety of destination package options. Trips in 2023, as well as subsequent years, shall be determined between the County and the Contractor(s) for each year. Samples of typical trips can be found in Attachment I - Sample Trips.

The County does not guarantee any specific number of trips to any firm awarded under this contract.
