The intent of this prequalification process is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to identify the most qualified General Contractors with successful experience in the construction projects of facilities similar to the Fire and Rescue Training Facility, Leesburg South Station, and Round Hill Station. This Prequalification is for General Contractors only. Prequalification Applications will NOT be accepted from subcontractors. The three (3) projects will be bid, awarded, and constructed independently. The prequalification combines the three (3) projects only in that they are similar projects, and the bids are expected to be issued in approximately the same timeframe. Addendum: Addendum #1 Changes and/or Additions issued on May 30, 2023.
