The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the following locations (collectively called “Zone 3”). These locations are described throughout this document as “Facilities”.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 1, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Claude Moore Recreation and Community Center at 46105 Loudoun Park Lane, Sterling, Virginia 20165 for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of sites. 

There are 11 locations in Zone 3. There will only be a walkthrough of the Claude Moore Recreation and Community Center immediately following the pre-bid conference meeting. Bidders shall visit the remaining locations in accordance with the schedule in Attachment #9 and complete the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet in Attachment #10.

Failure to attend the Pre-Bid Conference meeting and sign the sign-in sheet at each site or location visited will result in the bid being rejected. Late entry to the Pre-Bid Conference will not be permitted.
