PRCS publishes four seasonal Activity Guides and a Summer Camp Guide each year. Copies of the guides are available at PRCS center and park offices, CASA and YAS sites, County libraries and PRCS Administration. The guides cover activities according to the schedule below:
- Fall Activity Guide covers September 1 to November 30
- Winter Activity Guide covers December 1 to February 28/29. Registration in mid-November
- Spring Activity Guide covers March 1 to May 31. Registration in mid-February
- Summer Activity Guide covers June 1 to August 31. Registration in mid-May
- Summer Camp Guide covers June 1 to August 31. Registration in mid-March
