What is the income eligibility to use basic services and for individualized services?

Basic Services at the WRC are open to everyone; there are no income guidelines or residency requirements attached.

Individualized Services at the WRC are available to eligible customers who either meet financial guidelines or are unemployed due to a lay-off situation or otherwise displaced from the workforce according to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
