My property is in the Land Use Assessment Program. What has changed this year?

Loudoun adopts use value estimates developed by the State Land Evaluation Advisory Council (SLEAC) for use in administering Loudoun County’s Land Use Assessment Program. For tax year 2021, SLEAC estimates the value of land used for Agricultural/Horticultural & Forestry purposes in the county to decrease from the previous year.
