What is the Admission Process?

Our admission process begins with your call to the Center to schedule a tour. If you are interested in pursuing admission, we will confirm that we have availability and provide you with an admission packet. The next step will be to schedule an admission assessment visit which will include a review of your admission paperwork. This visit will include the potential participant and the decision maker and will take approximately 2 hours. After the assessment is complete and all paperwork, including the physical exam & TB screening (to be completed by your personal physician) are received, final determination can be made on whether we can meet the potential participant’s needs at the Center.
