I received an error while trying to process my eCheck payment and do not understand the error. The error states

“We regret to inform you that we were unable to accept your payment based on the financial information received. For questions, please contact Microbilt….”

Microbilt is a verification service for account and routing information. This error is common with typos in your account information. Please contact Microbilt at the number listed in your error message to confirm why we are unable to accept your payment. 

“We could not process your payment. Your Payment has not been received and there will be no charge to your account. Please try a different payment method.”

If this decline is received, please contact your bank, and verify the payment method being used. If they can validate the information is correct, please contact our office at 703-777-0285.
