Loudoun County is hosting an online meeting to gain input from the public on the proposed extension of Dulles West Boulevard from Northstar Boulevard to Arcola Boulevard. The public information meeting will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Members of the public are invited to join the virtual meeting to learn, ask questions and provide input about the project.

Login information and meeting materials are available for review at loudoun.gov/dulleswestboulevard and loudoun.gov/remoteparticipation. Meeting materials will include a concept design and speaker sign-up and comment forms. Members of the public must sign up in advance to ask questions during the event by 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 28, 2021. Online participants may also send questions to the project team during the meeting as chat messages, which will be answered as time allows.

The Dulles West Boulevard project provides for the planning, design, right of way acquisition and construction of a four-lane, median-divided roadway from Northstar Boulevard to Arcola Boulevard. The roadway is a continuation of Dulles West Boulevard from Dulles Landing Drive to the intersection of Arcola Boulevard, north of Route 50. The proposed alignment will provide the needed functionality and mobility of a major collector street system, which moves traffic from local streets to busier roadways.
