September 27, 2019

Loudoun County, VA- An Ashburn teenager faces charges in connection with a series of indecent exposure cases along the Washington and Old Dominion (W&OD) Trail.

The juvenile was identified after the most recent incident on the afternoon of September 24, 2019. The female victim reported she was walking on the trail when she saw a young male in front of her. The suspect then ran into a wood line. The victim continued to walk on the W&OD trail towards Ashburn Village Boulevard when the male walked back onto the trail behind her, exposed himself, and simulated a sexual act.

The suspect was located that same afternoon by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. As part of the investigation, the suspect has been connected to other cases reported along the trail in the area of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Ashburn Road dating back to late 2018.

Seven juvenile petitions for indecent exposure were obtained against the suspect today. The name of the suspect cannot be released due to the fact he is a juvenile.
