In early September 2018, Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office detectives contacted Phillip Cash and arranged to purchase cocaine and Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA). Mr. Cash sold an undercover detective one ounce of cocaine on six separate occasions. The detective paid Mr. Cash a total of $9,420 for the six ounces of cocaine.
Judge Fisher also imposed an additional twenty years of suspended penitentiary time, ordered Mr. Cash to pay $9,420 restitution to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office and imposed a $60,000 fine. Upon his release from incarceration, Mr. Cash will be placed on five years of supervised probation.
