Loudoun County has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting. This marks Loudoun County’s 31st Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting and the 28th consecutive year that the county has received this honor from GFOA.
