- Individuals who need to take an oath of office for these Virginia boards, commissions and committees will need to provide copies of documentation that reflects the appointment. This can be accomplished by providing the documentation in advance of an appointment to take the oath of office or by bringing the documentation with the individual when they come to the Clerk’s Office.
- Individuals who need to take an oath of office for these Virginia board should contact the Clerk’s Office at (703) 777-0273 to make an appointment for the oath of office.
- For individuals who do not make an appointment in advance, our staff can let me, Laura, Karen and Kevin know that someone has appeared to take an oath and one of us can assist them based upon who is available at that moment.
