[ARCHIVED] LCSO Seeks Whereabouts of Ashburn Teenager

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information regarding the whereabouts of an Ashburn juvenile who is believed to be with her boyfriend.

Fatima Y. Velez, 17, of Ashburn, was last seen on December 30, 2018, in the area of Columbia Plaza in Sterling. She is believed to be with her boyfriend, David E. Cortez Perez, 19, who lives in Sterling. The two are actively avoiding law enforcement and a warrant has been obtained for Cortez Perez for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Fatima is described as being 5’4” tall, 140 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. View a larger version of the image at right.

Anyone with any information regarding their possible whereabouts is asked to immediately contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office at 703-777-1021.
