Loudoun County, VA – An 88-year-old Middleburg man missing since yesterday afternoon was located safe this evening.
Louis E. Haley was located by members of the Virginia State Police in Halifax County, Va. He is currently being reunited with family members.
Mr. Haley was reported missing on November 30 after last being seen in Markham, Virginia in Fauquier County.
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the community for their assistance.

Loudoun County, VA – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance to help locate a missing 88-year-old from Middleburg.
Louis E. Haley is described as a black male, approximately 5’9” tall, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in Markham, Virginia in Fauquier County during the afternoon of November 30. He was wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black boots. He was also wearing a black hat.
Mr. Haley drives a 1995 white Ford pickup bearing Virginia tags TV10709. The pickup has a Washington Redskins flag and a United States flag on each side of the cab of the truck.
Anyone with any information regarding the possible whereabouts of Mr. Haley is asked to immediately contact Detective M. Grimsley of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office at 703-777-1021.
