Loudoun County, VA – Detectives with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office have released a composite sketch of a subject who approached a juvenile at a Loudoun County library earlier this week.
The juvenile victim reported that the white male subject followed her outside the Cascades Library on Whitfield Place shortly before 1 p.m. on July 18, 2018. At one point the male touched himself inappropriately in front of her. The male then left on foot and the victim went back inside to the front desk to report the incident.
The suspect was described as a middle aged male, medium height with a large build. He has short blonde hair and blue or hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue vertical striped shirt and khaki shorts.
Anyone with any information regarding the possible identity of the subject is asked to contact Detective C. Czekaj at 703-777-1021. You may also submit a tip through the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office app. The Loudoun Sheriff app is available on the iTunes App Store and Google Play.
