A new movement is spreading among seniors and it's all about movement! Beginning March 1, 2017, the Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging will launch a new, evidence-based program, "Moving for Better Balance." Senior adults can learn to stay active and independent by improving strength, increasing balance and preventing falls.
Sessions will be held Wednesdays and Fridays, from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. through May 19. The total cost is $120. Classes will be held at the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, 20145 Ashbrook Place, Suite 170, Ashburn, VA 20147.
