The Northern Virginia Senior Olympics Golf Competition will be held at the Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg on September 20, 2012. Men and women, age 50 and older, will compete in separate divisions in ten-year age groups. Medals will be awarded for the low gross scores per age group. NVSO Golf Event Director Jim Viggiani expressed, “NVSO is delighted to be able to offer its golf competitors Lansdowne’s beautiful Greg Norman designed course.”
The golf competition fee is $75 which includes green fees, shared cart and lunch. The NVSO registration fee is $12. The deadline is September 1. Registration is available online. Application forms are also available by calling 703-228-4721 or by email at [email protected].
