The Loudoun County Re-Entry Advisory Council provides information about some of the community resources available in Loudoun that can help ex-offenders address the challenges they face after returning to the community following incarceration.
Loudoun County Workforce Resource Center
The Loudoun Workforce Resource Center is a facility that provides no-cost resources and equipment to both job seekers and businesses. The WRC provides job search guidance and resources to ex-offenders. The center also provides information about the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Program, which assists eligible adults with employment and training services:

Loudoun County Public Schools Adult Education
The Loudoun County Public Schools, Adult Education Program provides educational opportunities and support services at low cost to all adults 18 years and older. The programs include General Educational Development (GED) and English as a Second Language (ESL).
