The Loudoun County Re-Entry Advisory Council provides information about some of the community resources available in Loudoun that can help ex-offenders address the challenges they face after returning to the community following incarceration.
Loudoun County Health Department
The Community Health Services Division of the Loudoun County Health Department provides a variety of services, including family planning, maternity, immunizations to help protect the public from vaccine-preventable diseases and testing for tuberculosis, sexually-transmitted diseases, and HIV. The division provides follow-up of all reportable communicable diseases and also provides information on illness prevention, wellness, chronic diseases, and many other health-related subjects. HealthWorks provides affordable medical, dental and behavioral health care to anyone, including those who are uninsured or under-insured. HealthWorks also provides eligible patients with access to a Prescription Assistance Program.
