February 14, 2018
At the February 14, 2018, Board of Supervisors public hearing, the Board approved amendments to the policies of Chapter 6 of the Revised General Plan (CPAM-2017 to 0001) and to the regulations of Article 5 of the Revised 1993 Loudoun County Zoning Ordinance (ZOAM-2017 to 0002) to revise the building and parking setbacks, and buffering and screening requirements that apply to the section of Route 7 between Broad Run and the east corporate limits of the Town of Leesburg. November 28, 2017
The Loudoun County Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 28, 2017. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Planning Commission voted to forward CPAM-2017 to 0001 and ZOAM-2017 to 0002 to the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation of approval to include a revision to the draft ZOAM text to maintain the current 100 foot parking setback required from the subject portion of Route 7. October 23, 2017
The Loudoun County Department of Planning and Zoning held an Open House for public input regarding proposed changes to the policies and regulations of the Revised General Plan and the Revised 1993 Zoning Ordinance for properties located along Route 7 between Broad Run and the east corporate limits of the Town of Leesburg.
June 22, 2017
At the June 22, 2017, Board of Supervisors business meeting, the Board initiated amendments to the policies of Chapter 6 of the Revised General Plan (CPAM-2017 to 0001) and adopted a Resolution of Intent to Amend the regulations of Article 5 of the Revised 1993 Loudoun County Zoning Ordinance (ZOAM-2017 to 0002) to revise the building and parking setbacks, and buffering and screening requirements that apply to the section of Route 7 between Broad Run and the east corporate limits of the Town of Leesburg.
