Virginia law requires all voters to provide an acceptable form of identification at the polls. Voters arriving to the polls without acceptable identification will be required to either sign an affidavit of identity OR vote provisionally.
Virginia’s identification requirements also apply to absentee voters who vote in-person in all elections.
