The Anger Management Program equips juveniles with knowledge of anger dynamics and self awareness to recognize their triggers and hot buttons and provide techniques to maintain composure in aggressive and volatile situations.
The program concentrates on helping the juvenile recognize and use their different support mechanisms (teacher, parent, probation officer, etc).
One of the most important factors of the program is the parenting component. This is a one-hour class that occurs weekly for approximately three to four weeks.
