Overview
The Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Services (MHSADS) provides in-home support services for individuals six years of age or older with intellectual/developmental disabilities living in the their own home or with their families. One of the main goals of the program is to help individuals increase their independence.
