About
CASA is an after-school program for elementary school students (K-5) to provide a safe and fun environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to enhance recreation, behavior, social and physical skills. Opens a New Window.

2020-2021 School Year Registration
Note: Transactions must be completed only online as part of the County’s COVID-19 response.
- Preregistration for returning families (families enrolled in CASA and families enrolled in the CASA Assistance Program for the 2019-2020 school year) runs from 8:30 a.m March 31 through 11:59 p.m. April 10.
- Open registration for any remaining CASA spots begins April 21.
2020-2021 CASA Assistance Program
- Registration for new families in the CASA Assistance Program runs April 13 through April 17. To register, call 703-737-8042 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Proof of participation in the Loudoun County Public Schools Free and Reduced Lunch Program and a $50 registration fee (applied to first month’s payment) are required.

Get Involved
Parents are encouraged to take an active role by volunteering at sites and participating in special events. Please email us if you are interested in volunteering or job opportunities.

YAS is an after-school program for middle schoolers (grades 6-8) that provides a safe and inclusive recreation-based environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to develop confidence by building leadership, decision making, fitness and collaborative skills.

- From school dismissal until 6:15 p.m.

- Preregistration for returning families (families enrolled in YAS for 2019-2020 school year) runs from 8:30 a.m. March 31 through 11:59 p.m. April 10.
- Open registration for remaining YAS spots begins April 21.
